STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start digicam 7.4.0
OBSERVED RESULT
Error message stating that no plugins are loaded.
EXPECTED RESULT
No error message.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Seems that the plugins get loaded as I can edit the image. Create HTML pages
and co.
I have just updated vom 7.3 to 7.4.
