SUMMARY
Clicking the Help button does nothing.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open systemsettings5
2. Click Input Devices
3. Click Touchpad
4. Click Help
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
It should open the touchpad help page.
If that doesn't exist, it should open the Documentation not Found page.
