SUMMARY
When increasing the vertical window size in the "Select Accounts" dialog of the
"New File Setup" to get a better overview of the available account types, none
of the UI elements scale accordingly.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start KMyMoney for the 1st time
2. Proceed in the wizard until the the "Select Accounts" dialog
3. Increase the vertical window size to get a better overview of the available
account types
OBSERVED RESULT
The list of account types doesn't resize vertically together with the window
The vertically resized window leaves a lot of unused whitespace at its bottom
EXPECTED RESULT
The list of account types increases its height when resizing the window
vertically.
