The "your battery is configured to only charge to n%" is shown on all
batteries, even mice.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a wireless mouse on your laptop
2. Configure your battery to only charge to certain percent
3. Look at battery monitor
OBSERVED RESULT
"Your battery is configured only to charge to n%" is shown on the mouse, too
EXPECTED RESULT
It is only shown on the internal battery
