SUMMARY:
On apps that use portals for their file dialog, the portal dialog shows
symbolic icons instead of regular icons
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Use an app that supports portals for file dialogs
2. trigger the file dialog
3. symbolic icons instead of regular icons
OBSERVED RESULT:
File picker shows symbolic icons
EXPECTED RESULT:
File picker shows normal icons
