--- Comment #5 from [email protected] --- I don't know about 5.23 but 5.24 seems okay now. I downloaded the latest Neon Unstable and I couldn't reproduce the issue. When I installed it on a VM at first the only icon present was the volume one (see screenshot) but I guess that's just the VM being slow to load, since after about 30 seconds or so all icons appeared and they were in the right places.
