SUMMARY
After upgrading Skrooge to 2.26.1 version, the program displays the password
dialog when opening a file created on version 2.24.6 without the password
protection feature.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a Skrooge file on version 2.24.6 without password protection.
2. Try to open the same file on 2.26.1 version.
OBSERVED RESULT
The password dialog is displayed.
EXPECTED RESULT
The password dialog should not be displayed. The file should open directly.
