SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right-Click desktop
2. Click on Configure Desktop and Wallpaper...
3. Click on any category icons
OBSERVED RESULT
The text on the category gets invisible for a split second due to the
animation. That looks inconsistent because the highlight itself doesn't fade
too. I suggest removing the effect entirely.
EXPECTED RESULT
No animation for the text selection
