SUMMARY
Add a tool (or an option to face detection) to blur faces and licence plates.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I don't find a tool to manually blur a selection of the image. Does I miss
something?
If not the case, add an option to blur only the selection in editor.
Face and plate detection could be useful in batch mode and/or in export tool
(i.e. to publish a picture on Wikimedia Commons).
