SUMMARY
The first heading under Desktop Effects is "Accessibility", but Desktop Effects
does not appear when searching "accessibility".
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. Search for accessibility
3. Look at the filtered settings
OBSERVED RESULT
The Desktop Effects KCM is not highlighted
EXPECTED RESULT
The Desktop Effects KCM should be highlighted
