SUMMARY
It would be helpful to have this info in the title to better distinguish
multiple running instances of the program. I believe both should be optional to
account for privacy and single-profile usage.
E.g.:
1) [x] Show active folder in the title [] Show active profile in the title
"%activefolder% -- Krusader"
2) [] Show active folder in the title [x] Show active profile in the title
"[%activeprofile%] -- Krusader"
3) [x] Show active folder in the title [x] Show active profile in the title
