An upcoming version of kajongg will have that typo fixed. If you fix that, you will get another error message telling you that kajongg was not able to find any tilesets, asking you whether libkmahjongg is installed. So the real question is - do you have libkmahjongg installed? If not, why? Did you only use the official Mageia package installer?
