Looks like the clip monitor now interprets a click and drag as a click as well.
It's annoying to have the clip monitor start to play unexpectedly, especially
when working on the timeline.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.select a clip in the project bin to load it into the clip monitor.
2.Select a region on in the clip
3.Drag to the timeline
Actual Results:
Clip starts playing in the Clip Monitor
Expected Results:
The clip monitor to not play the video unless the mouse event is a click only.
