SUMMARY
In Kmail, RSS Guard, and many other application using a HTML *view*, the
rendered page is blinking sometimes (it happens more when scrolling).
I've chosen dark mode and it blinks in white, so it's very disturbing.
This seems to happen in a release in last January since everything was working
last december on Manjaro (see
https://forum.manjaro.org/t/latest-update-made-the-screen-blink-white/97889 )
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KMail, configure as dark mode view.
2. Read some html email
3. It blinks sometime.
OBSERVED RESULT
Blinking HTML view.
EXPECTED RESULT
Not blinking HTML view
