            Bug ID: 448667
Summary: The floating gap is not hidden by windows that are
                    maximized before latte-dock starts
           Product: lattedock
           Version: git (master)
          Platform: Compiled Sources
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: application
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
If you have a panel set to "Hide floating gap for maximized windows" and have a
situation where you have a maximized window open before latte-dock starts (for
example, if you have plasma set to restore from a previous session and your
previous session has a maximized window), then when latte-dock starts it will
not automatically hide the floating gap. Instead the floating gap is only
hidden when the maximized window in question is manually un-maximized and
re-maximized.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a panel.
2. Enable "Hide floating gap for maximized windows".
3. Open and maximize a window.
4. Kill and restart latte-dock from the terminal.

OBSERVED RESULT
The panel appears to be floating, as if no windows are maximized.

EXPECTED RESULT
The panel has no floating gap.
