SUMMARY
The animation slider (either under Quick Settings or Workspace Behavior/General
Behavior) does not change animation speed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set animation slider to max, apply setting. Observe animations e.g. window
minimise/maximise
2. Se animation slider to min, apply setting. Observe animations e.g. window
minimise/maximise
OBSERVED RESULT
Changing the slider from min or max does not change animation speed
EXPECTED RESULT
Animation speed adheres to the slider postition
