STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use latte-dock in kde wayland
2. Create a default panel
3. I needed to do a couple of reboots for this to start happening.

OBSERVED RESULT
Whenever the mouse is leaving the panel, context menu disappears.
EXPECTED RESULT
Context menu is clickable and does not disappear
