SUMMARY:
If you log out of Plasma and log back in, Plasma will take a long to load and
it loads into a black screen with no panel or desktop icons, you can still use
krunner though. This happens on both Wayland and X11
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Log into Plasma
2. Log out of Plasma
3. Repeat step one
4. Black Screen
OBSERVED RESULT:
Plasma loads into a black screen
EXPECTED RESULT:
Plasma should load a normal desktop
