Opening a new window (zb an About dialog) exhibits a flickering of the shadow
from inactive (black) to active (blue).
Even with Instant animation and window decorations animation disabled (not sure
if those settings work correctly though because Compositor changes crashes
Kwin).
No workarounds possible as it seems shadows cannot be disabled.
Reproducible: Always
