Probably caused by

Options:
1. Manually re-enable horizontal scrolling for this view
2. Revert the change to not make vertical scrolls scroll on horizontal
scrollviews; make this an opt-out, not an opt-in
3. Figure out a way to implement the originally requested change to make
vertical scrolling on a horizontal scrollview only scroll it when that
scrollview is not also inside a vertical scrollview
