STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. LMB on Networks icon on the system tray
2. LMB on my WiFi network that I'm connected to

OBSERVED RESULT
Whole screen blinks not so frequently and no network speed is shown
EXPECTED RESULT
I should see network speed.
