Display Configuration uses port and name
Recently, a dialog to manage containments when in edit mode was added (more
details here: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=447044 )
It refers to screens by their port alone. Both Display Configuration and Screen
Sharing (see attachments). It would be better if it used name of the monitor
when available too.
