STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Brave Browser and copy address bar link.
2. Popup for klipper actions comes up, press disable this popup.
3. Refresh login, and the klipper URL action pane come up again.
OBSERVED RESULT
Despite disabling, the klipper URL actions keeps coming up.
EXPECTED RESULT
Klipper URL actions to cease popping up indefinitely when I opt to disable it.
