important note : on the login screen you need to choose "plasma x11" and not
the default "plasma wayland" in the bottom left, because session management is
known to be broken under wayland.
but if you choose "plasma x11" then "restore previous saved session" you will
see that all konsoles are opened on Virt #1 instead of their expected location.

So, this is a 100% reproductible case of loss of session info with plasma + X11
