When traveling in an ICE of the Deutsche Bahn, the network manager fails at the
connectivity check for the train wifi, so I never get to the captive portal.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Travel with train
2. Connect to wifi
3. Fail
OBSERVED RESULT
DNS could not be resolved.
EXPECTED RESULT
Should see the captive portal login page.
