I have setup an alarm, is rings in the background, no popup or anything, when
opening KAlarm there is no dialogue or anything, I have to terminate the app to
make it stop.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Setup an Alarm
2. Wait for it to ring
3. no popup
4. try to close it in KAlarm
5. terminate the app
OBSERVED RESULT
no Popup when the alarm rings, no popup when you open the app
EXPECTED RESULT
There should be popups to control the alarm, if not system-wide, then at least
in the app
