SUMMARY
With KWin 5.23.90-1 and XWayland 21.1.4-1 the cursor doesn't change properly on
XWayland apps.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an XWayland app (e.g. Google Chrome)
2. Notice that the mouse cursor doesn't change shape on e.g. links

Linux 5.16.4-zen1-1-zen
KDE Plasma Version: 5.23.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.90.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2
AMD RENOIR APU with Mesa 21.3.5
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
With the last stable version of KWin / Plasma / Frameworks the cursor works
properly.
