OBSERVED RESULT
error associated with libicu-dev (for snap's content), app crashed
As for my Linux 5.4.0-91-generic x86-64 (ubuntu 18.04 based) ElementaryOS5.2
Hera it has libicu-dev!
EXPECTED RESULT
launch of falkon snap
SUMMARY
After update from 73 rev to 74 rev on SNAP I have crash on Falkon's lauch
Rev 73 rollback fixes problem.
Debugging for snaps from me in too complex, excuse me.
