Desktop Effects are mostly gone
SUMMARY
KWin from git master can't launch or enable most desktop effects, including
Zoom, minimize/open/close animations, wobble windows and others. They are
simply gone from Workspace Behavior -> Desktop Effects KCM.
Compositing is enabled, as shadows and transparencies are somehow there.
