SUMMARY
when logging in to my user account, it should play a windows Xp login sound
queue, instead nothing happens.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. enable login notification in system settings
2. logout of your account
3. log back in

EXPECTED RESULT
play's a login sound queue
