Tooltip changes too quickly
SUMMARY
My panel is on the left, so when I move my mouse towards a tooltip I often end
up moving over other icons. This causes the tooltip to change unexpectedly.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hover over an icon
2. Move mouse onto the tooltip, but also pass over a different icon
OBSERVED RESULT
The different icon's tooltip is opened
EXPECTED RESULT
The original tooltip should stay open if the mouse is moved steadily enough
