Two observations:
1. Spacer tool:
If Timeline -> Guides -> Guides locked is ticked, they do not move around while
using the spacer tool.
If Timeline -> Guides -> Guides locked is NOT ticked, they do move around while
using the spacer tool.
I would it expected just the other way.
The same is true when using right click on timeline -> Remove space in all
tracks.
2. When inserting space, guides lock doesn't work at all.
If I add space using right click on timeline -> Insert space, then I select
"Insert space in all tracks", then guides are not moved correspondingly, and if
Timeline -> Guides -> Guides locked is ticked or not doesn't change the
behaviour at all.
I would it expect just as with removing space.
