Regarding your problem, I don't understand exactly what you mean by "upper right case". Would you mind to post a screenshot of what your Konqueror window looks like? For the time being, the only suggestion I can give you is to rename your ~/.config/konquerorrc file and launch Konqueror again, so that it'll pick up the default values of every option. In theory, this should make it work correctly.
