SUMMARY:
When scrolling in apps like Discover and Settings, the font rendering is messed
up.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings(example app)
2. Scroll a lot
3. Messed up text
OBSERVED RESULT:
The text is messed up while scrolling
EXPECTED RESULT:
The text should look normal
