STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect second monitor.
2. Put laptop into sleep mode.
3. Disconnect second monitor.
4. Turn laptop back on.
OBSERVED RESULT
The "Kubuntu" logo, then a black screen with the mouse. To fix it I have to $
rm ~/.local/share/kscreen and run $ sudo killall sddm.
EXPECTED RESULT
A normal login screen.
