SUMMARY
I don't understand why is present option to stop activity if there is not
possibility to start it again, or I cannot find it. I found only button to
delete it.

In System Settings also is missing option to start, previously stopped Activity
(is present only button to delete). Here, on the list there is not even
possible to distinguish which activity is stopped and which not.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add couple activities, let it be 4
2. stop 2 of them
3. Try to start them again

OBSERVED RESULT
is not possible to start again stopped activity

EXPECTED RESULT
would be nice to user be able start, stopped activity
