Every time I open the "Export to Google Photos" popup, it takes a minute to
reload all the albums.
Given there's a "Reload" button, is it possible to disable reloading when the
popup is displayed? (re-using the previously known list of albums)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Export
2. Export to Google Photos
OBSERVED RESULT
It takes 2 minutes to load the export popup as it retrieves the list of album
each single time
EXPECTED RESULT
It should be fast to load, re-using the list of albums from last time and offer
to refresh the list manually if needed.
