SUMMARY
There is no way to distinguish between a minimized running app and a pinned app
in the icons-only task manager.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pin an app to the task manager.
2. Open and minimize some other app.
OBSERVED RESULT
The visual state of the pinned and minimized app icons is identical.
EXPECTED RESULT
There should be some indication that the minimized app is running.
