SUMMARY
Scroll Bar is displayed in the window thumbnail tooltip when having multiple
instances of an application open.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open two instances of same application.
2. Hover over the application icon to see the window thumbnail tooltip.
3. See that the window thumbnail tooltip has a scrollable area towards right
which provides no purpose.
OBSERVED RESULT
An unnecessary scroll bar is seen in the window thumbnail tooltip of icons only
task manager when opening multiple instances of an application.
EXPECTED RESULT
Window thumbnail tooltip should not show a scroll-able area when opening
multiple instances of an application.
