Leap 15.3, MATE Desktop:
Runnning Dolphin with environment variable 'QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME=qt5ct' no
arrows are displayed.
Runnning Dolphin with environment variable 'QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME=gtk2' the
arrows are displayed, but other issues like single click on items are not
working.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install qt5ct
2. QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME=qt5ct; dolphin
3. QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME=gtk2; dolphin
