I am unable to link kalendar to a Google Calendar source with a newly installed
kalendar 1.0.0
The following is an annotated log, in case that helps.  Commands are
left-justified, outputs tab indented.  GUI actions are in single quotes, and
irrelevant qt warnings etc have been removed at "..."
