SUMMARY
When you hover on any button in the krunner, its tool tip comes up and blocks
clicks to the button. This is a minor but annoying usability issue.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Active Krunner
2. Hover on any of the buttons on Krunner and wait for its tooltip to get
activated
OBSERVED RESULT
The tooltip overlaps the button and there is no way to click the button.
EXPECTED RESULT
The tooltip should be visible beside the button or below the button.
