Summary: Folder previews don't work for any of my network
drives, but local folders are fine. This has only
started happening since I updated last week and it
makes browsing my files pretty difficult. The folder
previews will only not generate on my network drives

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install all current updates
2. Mount a network drive (Mine are from a windows server but others have
reported similar issues with other types of network drives)
3. Enable image and video previews in Dolphin
4. Navigate to a folder on the network drive
OBSERVED RESULT
The folder will not show previews of its contents.
EXPECTED RESULT
The folder should be showing a preview with 4 images in its thumbnail.
