SUMMARY
SSH Manager plugin doesn't save username and profile values
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable SSH Manager Plugin on Konsole, open it
2. Create an entry with a username and change default profile to be something
different
3. Close and reopen Konsole, try to edit your previously created entry
OBSERVED RESULT
We can see entry has empty username and profile value remains at default value
even if we chose something else previously
EXPECTED RESULT
Username and profile values should appear as previously chosen values

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A password field is missing on the entry, preferably it could use a saved
password in my KWallet too.
