.md.html is a file extension for Markdeep
(https://casual-effects.com/markdeep/), a Javascript-based way of displaying
Markdown files in web browsers. Unfortunately, Kate doesn't realize that these
files are both Markdown *and* HTML; it only highlights the HTML tags.
