When one selects to refresh a calendar or all calendars, there is no visible
user feedback. It is not possible to tell if anything at all has occurred, or
how long it is taking, as a result. A small indicator next to each updating
calendar in the list would be fantastic.
Open question: Whether this should be shown on even automatically scheduled
updates (personally: no) or only during user triggered refreshes (IMHO: yes).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kalendar with some online calendars showing
2. Start a refresh on all or some calendars
OBSERVED RESULT
No feedback as to progress is visible.
EXPECTED RESULT
A progress indicator next to each updating calendar that spins until it is
refreshed.
