Can you test on the fullHD Monitor. We are aware of some 4K monitor issues.
Does the finished rendered clip is blurry as well or just the preview?
Please try with the current Kdenlive AppImage version 21.21.2 to see if there
are any packaging issues https://kdenlive.org/en/download/
