A video showing the panel resizing on its own and the fact that it is
unclickable
It's my first big bug and it's really weird. basically when I open Plasma
desktop the panel keeps getting bigger and smaller all the time, it is not
clickable, and my wallpaper gets colored in a weird way, like if it getting
modified with a retro filter. My system feels also a bit unresponsive, e.g.
pressing Alt+space for Krunner makes you wonder if it working at all, it takes
a huge amount of time to open. After sometimes, and only some of the times, the
panel disappears and everything feels back to normal, but with no panel.
