I have found an old IBM Thinkpad T60 running Fedora 29. It is a 32Bit
installation of Fedora because of the CPU.
Unfortunately, I can not confirm this bug on Fedora 29. Session restore works
as expected, but I don't know why.
I guess you are using a 64Bit Fedora?
