SUMMARY
When updates are available the notification message remains on screen forever
unlike other notifications that disappear.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start plasma
2. Wait for update available message
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Notification message is shown and remains on screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
Notification message will go away after x seconds like other notifications. The
update icon will be shown with an update available indicator.
